Energy Efficiency

We work with clients to bring their rental property portfolios in line with The Energy Efficiency Regulations (Scotland) 2020. By taking time to understand the construction of the property we are able to provide advice on insulation, damp proofing, as well as improving the efficiency of heating systems; windows and doors. 

Further to this, we have also completed a number of renewable projects to improve the green credentials of clients' properties.

Dunmore provides Energy Performance Certificate inspections with report of costs, to identify areas of development.
